Internet Dive Log

Anyone experiencing any difficulty with Immersions' Internet Dive Log?

I can't seem to get any response from the company -- and even though they charged my credit card a week ago, the software has yet to be upgraded from the 20-dive-limit trial version.

I like the concept of being able to access my log from almost anywhere, but...

Anybody have any suggestions, other than filing a complaint about non-working software through my credit card?

I think the fall out from the .COM debacle and the decline due to 9/11 has not finished. There will be more failures to come... and I hope I am not one of them! :tease:

If they refuse to respond to your queries within 7 days, report it as fraud to your credit card company.

they were great, but lately not so responsive to any inquiries.......Maybe as Pete indicated.....
