Checking the calendar, I've noticed that just as I get rested up from my travel to Palau, there will be a new moon. Is this a good time for a night dive? Lots of fish action? In general is night diving good in Palau?

No idea about Palau but here in Qatar night diving is really good. Also one way of hiding from the heat ! I find that with new moon plenty of fish are out and about.

Perhaps you can help me with suggestions for a good light and LED vs Bulb type?
