Yesterday I received the Bonica Snapper HDDV Camcorder I had ordered from LeisurePro (on sale @$599.00)

The specs say that it includes 2 remote controls. I opened the box and could one find only one of them. I double and triple checked but still nothing extra.

I didn't bother to read the instruction manual inasmuch as a second remote control should be easy enough to find, right? Anyway I contacted LeisurePro who then contacted Bonica on my behalf.

I received a call about an hour ago from Mike at Bonica who walked me through finding the second remote which sits under a black housing inside the main housing.

That's what I call great and responsive "customer service" both by LeisurePro but especially by Bonica. Thanks, Mike!
