Recently I picked up a new Oxygen/Nitrox analyzer on ebay, but I needed a few items to make the rig fully operational. The Teledyne analyzer has an external sensor, so I needed to get a flow restrictor to connect to the T. Additionally I decided to get one of Oxycheq's machined sensor caps to extend the life of the sensor.
While this was certainly not a big order, Ed from
Cave Adventures treated me like I was buying a can light or other big ticket item and did an outstanding job of confirming the order (email) as well as forwarding the tracking info. Both of the items were even on sale. It does seem like the current economic conditions are making for some great deals and maybe more importantly; outstanding personalized service.
