Hey everyone,

I have the Citizen Cyber Aqualand NX and the communication unit. I installed the software and the drivers as per Citizen's support section and I followed the instructions to the letter in doing so. When I connect the watch to the communication unit and then to my Windows Vista pc, the watch recognizes that it's connected to the USB port immediately. When I start the AqualandGraph NX or the CAPgm programs, they open up right away. When I try to communicate with the watch, however, the programs give the following message; "Error: Failure to connect with watch". Has anyone been successful in syncing their Cyber Aqualand with a Windows Vista PC? This is really bothering me and considering the amount of money I spent buying both the watch and the communication unit, you would figure Citizen would be more receptive to my problem? NOT! They haven't responded to any of the emails I sent. I guess it's time for a Suunto.:shakehead:
