Lembongan for divers and non-divers?

Hi all,

My non-diver friend is going to Bali (Denpasar) for her birthday and has asked me along for the trip - so I'm looking for somewhere were we can both be happy (ie nightlife and beach for her, diving for me)

The trip is planned for February (I know this is the wet season, but that's when her birthday is, so...)

Would Lembongan be a good compromise?

I've done a search and sounds like I might be happy there but she might not

It's only a 7 day trip so preferred criteria would be 1. beach 2. dive site/s 3. nightlife 4. relatively easy to get to and from Denpasar

Any suggestions would be most welcome

nice quiet beach, not the best dive on Feb., no night life, an hour boat ride from sanur or benoa but let the resort arrange transport for you if first time.

alt. stay at main tourist area (Kuta, sanur, legian, seminyak, nusa dua ect.) w/ plenty day/night actvities to make her happy and you can join day trip diving. They can pick you up in the morning and return to the hotel in the evening. Okay for 1 - 2 day, but very tiring for more as typically you'll spend 3 - 5 hours a day for traveling only to the sites.

Other choice is lovina beach in the north but relatively far (est. 3 hrs landroad) from Denpasar
