Tips for donning and doffing a BP/Wings???

Does anyone have any tips or tricks for donning (and doffing) a BP/Wings setup? Mine is a Halycon 36lb Pioneer.

Ahh, regarding what exactly? You pretty much just put your arms through the loops and hookup the crotch and waist straps. There should be two fingers width between you and the shoulder straps when everything is on, and the crotch strap should be snug.

The wing should be deflated when donning.
