Leaking housing - how to get it repaired

I have a ikelite housing which has developed a leak.
How do I go about getting this repaired?

Typical turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks. If returning a repair from outside of the US, please be sure to reference on all customs documentation that the item is being returned to the original manufacturer for repair only and has no commercial value (or value less than $50).
