Whale Shark diving & Manta Bowl in Donsol

I am coming to PI in a few weeks. I am wanting to go Whale shark diving and Manta ray diving while there. I have been in contact with Donsol Eco Tour in Donsol.

I was curious if there are others that offer the same service? Swimming with whalesharks and manta rays? Got a URL of a website?

In donsol, you get to snorkel with lots of whalesharks. but for a CHANCE to dive with them and mantas, you have to go to Manta Bowl in Ticao which is about an hour away from donsol.
Donsol eco tour is adventure bound right? thats the dive op i would recommend since conz paz is the one who discovered manta bowl.

yep in donsol. Just go to the tourism office there and they'll point you to the right direction.

but not from manila... manila-donsol is a 10-12 hour bus trip or 1.5 hour flight plus road trip...

Is Donsol the best place to stay for diving at Manta Bowl/Ticao? How's the viz there (MB/Ticao)? (seen people mention Donsol tends to have bad viz)

Any suggested accommodations/dive ops?
