Meet & Greet ideas for February 12th

Aloha fellow divers!

I have confirmed February 12th as our next Meet & Greet event.

I do however need some ideas/suggestions as to a centralized location for everyone to meet.

I wouldn't mind doing it at Elephant Bar again, and we usually have a pretty good turn out, but as we know anywhere we do it, some of us are going to have to drive.

Please answer the above Poll, and I will go ahead and post the finalized details for February 12ths Meet & Greet on January 28th.

The lake always sounds good to me night dive or...the elephant bar on our side of town this time 83rd ave between bell and thunderbird. Just a thought.

Any place that is off the freeway is fine with me. Don't care which side of town it's on.

I really enjoy being a part of the Meet and Greets. I think we have a fair representation of both East and West side attendees. I think the best option is to keep it centralized.

Areas that accomplish that are:

Desert Ridge
I-17 Area
North Phoenix

Some other thoughts:

We should have a designated area for our people.
We should plan out the year in advance
Keep it family friendly

another idea would be to do one month west side, next month east side. Since not everyone is willing/able to drive to the other side of town on a weeknight.
