Congratulations to the Philippine Coastguard

11 Indonesian, 2 Taiwanese poachers fall - INQUIRER.net, Philippine News for Filipinos

Note that yellowfin tuna seem to be returning in good numbers in the Davao Gulf and along the coast off Sarangani - a very good sign. Catching these people also helps to protect the remaining shark in the area as they use long lines.

Prime tuna is always cought by skilled fishermen using traditional hand lining. Many communities along the coast survive by hand lining yellowfin tuna, so this is a real success story here.
