HI all,
I am PADI AOW qualified, and fair to say, a fair weather diver - meaning I really only dive on vacations. My focus now is enjoying diving, and where I can, gaining more experience ands skills.
I'm going to the Maldives this year, and I woudl like to use the time to get more experience and skills etc, but the school mostly operate under SSI and cant guarantee a PADI teacher.
So apart from maybe some adventure dives, I'd like to do a nitrox course.
Am I correct in thinking that the nitrox is really "stand alone" and the SSI C card will be enough internationally, or do I need to follow on with PADI?
Thanks in advance,
Mike
