Anyone ever dive (or been to) Sumba?

I'm heading to a resort called Nihiwatu which has surfing and diving and was curious if the diving was up to par there by Indonesian standards (or any other good standard, really). The reason I ask is that I'm trying to decide how to divide up my time between Sumba and other islands (including Bali, which I've been to in the past).
