Will I get better lighted TTL shots using the AF35 or DS51 on a Canon G9 Ikelite housing? Forget about using it on manual mode or adjusting knobs.

Thanks!

The AF35 cannot be used with the Ikelite housing for the Canon G9. Only "DS" Substrobes can be attached and are able to operate TTL with the system.

By connecting the DS51 with a #4103.51 sync cord the camera will be able to communicate with the strobe for proper exposure automatically. We recommend using either the "Av" aperture priority or "Tv" shutter priority mode on the camera. See more information on camera setttings here: Canon G7 eTTL
