Wisdom Software (restore)

I currently have the respective Wisdom software on my desktop computer at home.

The thing is I have loaded the program on my laptop, but can not figure how to restore my desktop file??
I attempted to load the back up file, but can only get a few of the dives and it shows incomplete. Can anyone help?

My apologies, but after several attempts I realized my issue. I needed to make a full back up prior to restoring the file in my laptop. After completing the back-up I then restored the file on the program and voila all my information.

I just wish the program was a bit easier to use, but it will do for now.

Agreed.

Do download the latest desktop software from Sherwood's website, however, because it does seem to fix lots of the glitches.
