Getting around Iloilo, Jaro and Tigbauan (SEAFDEC)

having a trip to Iloilo by 22 march.

maybe going to iloilo city, Jaro and Tigbauan the same day.

was wondering what place may i book (arrive 22 March leave say 24 march)

i have no idea on iloilo and if i need a transportation to go from Jaro, iloilo city to Tigbauan how may i arrage for transpo?

saw in the internet a hotel at Jaro. is it a decent place to stay?

From the airport. Get a ride on the nissan or toyota vans that shuttle to and from SMcity. From there you could take a cab to your hotel. 50 pesos i think.
Now for SEAFDEC, get a cab and ask him to take you to the terminal where the Tigbuan or Guimbal jeepneys are parked. You want to take the Guimbal jeepney. Tell the driver you want to go to SEAFDEC, they'll drop you on their front gate. On your ride back just wait by the hiway for a jeepney heading back to iloilo. You don't have to wait that long, jeepneys pass by every few minutes. Travel time is about 30 min.
The other option is the easy but expensive one.
