I've Recently moved up to Humboldt county and am trying to figure where i can get a dry suite certification.

Hi there,

You might want to check in with Humboldt State University as they offer a scientific dive minor & can most likely point you in a good direction. School of Kinesiology and Recreation Administration - Minors and Certificates - Diving

They're very friendly at HSU, so I'd just email the instructor directly: rma1@humboldt.edu

Also, just for fun I googled Arcata & Eureka & scuba and found a few shops but don't know anything about them.

Pacific Quest Dive Center
250 E St, Arcata, CA 95521 (707) 822-3752

Corbett Diving
2016 D St, Eureka, CA 95501 (707) 442-5933

Enjoy Humboldt - I really miss it :)!
