Hi Guys,
So I'm trying to make the switch to digital after years of Nikonos V use.
I was intrigued by the Nikon D90 and eager to see what Sea and Sea was going to provide in terms of housings. I discovered that they now have no plans to do so. OK...lame excuse, I know.
In any event, I was thinking about the D 300. The Sea and Sea housing looks very good.
Would anyone care to advise me?
Should I pursue the D90? I believe there are housings available through Aquatica, but I just wasn't as impressed with this housing, hence my decision to consider another camera. Video is not something I care that much about.
Thanks in advance !

The D300 is a great camera underwater (and above). That is what I shoot and have NO regrets. There is a large selection of housings available too.

Go for it!

I was also waiting for a D90 + Sea&Sea MDX-D90...
Bought a D300 + MDX-D300 in Jan/Feb, absolutely no regrets.
In fact I think it is the best combination for uwphoto by some factors!

Go get'em Tiger!

The Sea & Sea housing for the D300 is very nice. The controls are easy to access while still keeping your finger on the trigger.
