I have been freediving for about 6 months and before this I have been SCUBA diving for about 9 years. Recently I have suffered 2 perforated eardrums, at different times but in the same ear only as a result of freediving.
I am looking for someone who could recommend a good ENT that is an avid diver and preferrably a freediver. I just am not getting much diving sympathy from the ENT's I have seen up here in Northern Ca.

Thanks Nikki

If you don't get any answers you might want to try DAN. They are pretty good about getting you to dive friendly doctors.

Nikki, I saw an ENT doc who knows diving medicine over in Fairfield who was pretty nice/knowledgeable about close to the same thing (minor hemorrhage to ear drum). I believe his name was Dr. Henderson, he's with Sutter Medical Group.

I don't remember the office number or anything, but you can probably look them up. If not, call Mercy San Juan hyperbaric chamber in Sacramento and talk to them...they referred me to him anyway and they are very good at what they do.
