I had to relay to all my great experience with Joel's customer service over at TDL.

Last year I bought an O2 analyzer from him and needed to replace the sensor. I ordered one from Joel and he promptly shipped it out to me (on a great "let's make a deal" deal, I might add). The body of the new sensor was slightly larger than the old one and it didn't quite fit because the PCB was binding it. We traded PMs about it and at his suggestion I sent the unit to him. Within days he had it repaired and shipped back to me AT NO CHARGE!

I know many of you have bought from him in the past but I couldn't let this episode of his fantastic customer service go by unacknowledged.

Good to see you posting her again, Jamie. I was just talking about you the other night with Caetllonn and saying how I needed to get back in touch with you and Wendi. Hope all is going well for the two of you (you, too, Joel!).
