To all you diy'ers:
My friend has retired from a machine shop, and has set up his own in his garage. He does alot of delrin / nylon work along with metals. If you have a part that needs to be made, let me know and i will pass it along to him.

Greg,
Print out the drawing and see what your friend would charge to make this handle.
Thanks,
Scott

My guy is tied up with some airplane parts at the moment. He says it will be 3 - 4 weeks untill he can finish it. However it will not be expensive to make. I have a question about the actual handle part. If you can e-mail me at raven6644 @ aol.com I will discuss this with you.

Did this gentleman ever get time to make parts? If so, would love to know how much he'd charge to make some spool ends.

Here is an interesting link for you, this guy provides the CAD program for you to draw up your own part, bid the part, then he'll machine it for you........
