I was wondering if you could tell me what model this first stage is and the approx. age?

It looks like an Oasis 1st stage.

Age you'll have to guess by the logo design. I'm going to say early to mid 90's give or take.

well it looks like hieroglyphics because it's partly scratched off but it's clearly a Blizzard.

Specifically a Sherwood Blizzard SRB3600 as opposed to the Blizzard SRB3200 which used the same 1st and second stage as the Magnum classic. The 3600 has a fine tuned I/P and the 3200 used shims to adjust the I/P to within a 10 psi range. Proably early to mid 90's in age but this model was sold over a long period of time.
