i live in wales in the uk and i'm looking to buy a full set of gear, can anybody point me in the right direction please? any help would be great

You have a couple of choices if you are buying a load of gear. It is a good chance to forge a close link with your local dive shop, it is also a good chance to save a load of cash by buying on-line.

I'd suggest having a look on-line to get an idea of price then going to your local shop to see what they can do.

I don't know what the shops are like wales, sorry.

PPS general equipment questionsare pretty hard to answer as everybody has a preference but as a starting point... Apeks regs, Buddy BC and a dry suit are standard UK issue. I prefer a backplate and wing rather than a traditional BC (usually works out cheaper and more versatile).
