National Saltwater Angler (Spearfisher) Registry takes effect January !, 2010. If you would like to learn more about the registry side of this issue. Please attend the New Jersey Council of Diving Clubs meeting Wednesday night, 7:30 p.m. in the meeting room of St. Luke's Episcopal Church. Corner of Chestnut and Washington Street, Union, NJ. About a half a mile east of Garden State Parkway exit 138. Our guest speaker will be Mr. Thomas McCloy, Administrator of the Marine Fisheries Bureau, New Jersey Fish and wildlife Department, NJDEP.
