Please where is a website with the principles and rules of DIR = Do It Right listed in English?

Frogkick.nl - De Online Gids voor DIR Duiken - Doing It Right Duiken looks helpful but is in Dutch. I can more or less make myself understood in Dutch for simple matters.
DIRItalia is in Italian.
