Emporess of Ireland and Nipigon locations

I have not been able to get the GPS coordinates for the Emporess of Ireland or the planned location for the sinking of the Nipigon. Can anyone help me out on this. I am trying to plan a trip for August. Also any new news on the Nipigon?
