Hello all

I had a flooded DS125 strobe that I sent back to Ikelite repair for examination. Wouldn't you know it? 2 weeks later there is a brand new one in a DHL package for me.

I was and still am very impressed with your well-deserved reputation for fabulous service.

Agreed, they have great customer service.
 
Not the same as my experience with Ikelite - good for them that they have raised their game - they needed to.
