Anyone know where to get tools to assemble/disassemble Power Inflator?

Where? For Dive Rite Power Inflator/Deflators (same for all their wings).

Anyone got a schematic too? That would be great. That would specify the exact replacement O-rings to be used.
 
I don't know for sure, but most power inflators are the Genesis/Sherwood power inflators (Halcyon's inflator is a Genesis). If this is the case, you can find tools at:

I know I took apart my inflator for my Dacor BC without any special tools. I didn't completely take apart my Dive Rite inflator, but took it apart enough to get the pull dump assembly out. That didn't require any special tools either.

The only potential place where you may need something out of the ordinary is where the hose connects to the bladder. If that nut gets stuck, you'll need a strap wrench to get it off [you could use a monkey wrench but you'll probably have to replace the nut after.

Of course that's only my experience, I didn't completely take apart my Dive Rite inflator...
