Hi,
I have made UltraFire C2 flashlight waterproof in the same size and successfully tested it.
This light is much brighter than the RC-G2 made wataerproof before.

Wow. I have been making these but not waterproof ones. Maybe i'll try that next.

Thank you for attention.
The reliability of waterproofing with adhesive is low. So you had better try first with a cheap flashlight.

Sorry if this is a silly question... is Bath Bond what we call Silicon ? Just like we use to make the joints in a bathroom or is this another type of glue/adhesive ?

Yes. 'BathBond' is a brand name for a kind of sillicone sealant(RTV) produced by Konishi company in Japan.

Hi, all;
This reed switch is very easily rotated. So i exchange it for a toggle switch.

Its method is same as in modification of the MTE P7 light (http://hanachan.ddo.jp/!!kosaku/2009/200907MTEP7/MTEP7.html).
After the switch exchange i had two dives 30m and 24m depath. The light worked well.
The feeling of this switch is better than my old reed switch. :)
