On Victoria day weekend I snagged a last minute dive trip with some friends for my first venture to the 1000 Island Region of the St Lawrence River for some wreck diving.

Looking forward to returning there soon.

At least your Canadian trip went through. I was supposed to go out on Lake Ontario near Pinkton, Ont this past weekend and the trip was blown out due to impending weather.
But that St. Lawrence area is nice diving.

Sounded like everyone had fun
You made me feel sorry for what i missed - that's 'cause i was the one who cancelled on that trip due to sinus problems

Sorry about your circumstances, but I'm glad I had the opportunity to use your spot, even though I didn't realize it was yours at the time.

Thanks for taking the trouble to put the article together Bob... you're always welcome to come dive the "Islands" with us... actually, you did not have Vlada's spot -- she pulled out at the last minute and Jenn filled one of her spots on Saturday and one on Monday -- you had Bill's spot! There we people dropping out of that trip left and right!
Anyhow, glad you could made it, and weren't Greg's navy stories a hoot!
