You can get the 60 day visa renewed in Denpasar but for only 30 days. I was looking for the same service, but don't have a good recommendation at this point. The cheapest option would be to go to the immigration office yourself, it's 10 000 IDR (ca. 0.96 USD) for the forms to be filled in and 250 000 IDR (ca. 24 USD) for the visa extension. There are two immigration offices in Bali, one in Denpasar and one close to the airport.
