I am new to spearfishing and I need to know how to change out the bands on my 52 sea hornet. I sure could use some help.

Take the shaft out to the end of the muzzle, leaving 2-3 inches in the muzzle. Move the old bands around until the wire is near the opening in the band retainer. Pull back slightly on the shaft to open the gap enough to pull the wire through. Do the same with the shaft to insert the wires of the new band(s).

Yep, what Craig said....

And add liquid soap if needed to make the bands slippery to pull through the holes.
