Walt Stearns has completely revamped the website for Underwater Journal (Underwater Journal). He still has all of the issues of the magazine available but now he has added a TON of new information. There are links to the websites for equipment manufacturers, scuba publications, photo contests, certifying agencies, etc. I also really like the links to the latest in scuba-related news, various blogs, and upcoming events/specials.
