I got my copy in time for the weekend, I've watched it twice, so far. The two disks total about 3 hours. I recommend it for anyone that is interested in getting started in spear fishing. It has lots of "how to" in it.

I second that. I also really love the "How to" sections, especially the part that shows how to make bands! I wish I had something like this when I first started spearfishing, it would have definately have saved me alot of time and money.
