Help!

I used a pressure checker, yoke valve on a full tank registering at 3000psi.

Now the pressure checker is stuck.

I can not release the checker from the valve. I can not turn the handle.

Is there a release somewhere?

Please help!

Yes, there is a twist collar. Black knurled sleeve, give it a twist.

Thank you, I will try that. I will back.

It might be a push button on the side of the connection between the yoke and gauge but you'd probably spot that on your own.

The collars on mine are not black, they are chrome plated just like the rest of it.

remember, once you bleed off the air to twist the collar closed again before checking the next tank...

Any reports of tank explosions in the local news?

LOL No tank explosion...and no luck with the pressure gauge.

There should be some sort of knob, or perhaps a tiny push button that bleeds off pressure. Look for any type of protrusion on the assembly, or if you can't figure it out try posting pics if possible.
