Why am I getting as many as 20 emails from SB telling me that I am signed up to various threads?

Once you're logged in, click on "User CP" on the red bar, then under "Settings & Options" click on "Edit Options", then check or uncheck the options you want/don't want ... or maybe SB just likes you!

Along those lines, I thought i was pretty computer-savvy, but I thought I looked at every setting yet can't find how to put a nice little picture on the left when I post threads. Help?
