This area of disturbed weather has the potential for tropical development.

While the current movement is westerly, 3 out of 4 computer models suggest it turning to hit the Southern California Peninsula,* aka Baja which could be disruptive to Gulf of California/Sea of Cortez diving. One ambitious model suggests it passing by me and continuing all across The South.

* No, Los Angeles is not in Southern California. Where did they ever get that idea...? :silly:

Edit: Then today, it's off of the map. Seems like it has come and gone in reports. It may or may not be back...?
