Hello Oceanic.
I just purchased at the same time 2 Oceanic OP 3X3 dive lights for use in Bonaire.
I noticed when my wife and I had the beams side by side, one beam was pure white and very bright like a LED light should be. The other light's beam was a dull yellow beam like a halogen light.
Can there be a problem with one of the lights? Both beams should be bright white. Neither should be yellow correct?
