Drewski June 16th, 2009, 12:10 AM Less than 48 Hours ago, I shot this video on the USS Tarpon, a WW II Submarine in 140 FT of water 30 miles southeast of Hatteras Island, North Carolina. 5178171 The camera couldn't capture the REAL visibility using only natural light. Because trying to dive desert sand isn't nearly as much fun!" Au contraire...my friends and I dive Balmorhea, Texas (Yup, it's a desert near the Davis mountains) about once a year. Not as impressive as the Tarpon, but we do have a lot of fun. Hoomi June 17th, 2009, 12:27 AM I was through Balmorhea, Texas, close to 32 years ago. If I recall correctly, compared to Tucson, it was a lush paradise!
