It's the same as in every other airport in Egypt. You step into the arrivals hall, fight your way past the travel agents and buy a visa sticker for exactly 15 US dollars from the bank teller ('Banque Misr') on your right. If you pay with UK pounds or Euros you get change in Egyptian. I've done it many times now.

Yeah, we were there that Easter, and you pick up your standard visa. We went through Tony Backhurst, and the price of the visa was included in the holiday.
