Does this have a venturi type lever on it, what happens in the case of freeflows. I did not see if it had a control valve on it like most regs to control flow in case of freeflow. Thanks

The H-02 has a manufacturing pre-set which helps prevent free-flowing. They have been detuned from the factory - might not breathe as well as our 212, but will certainly breathe and perform when needed.

From our Manual - " The 210 Second stages are shipped from the factory specifically for use as Decompression Regulators and their Inhalation effort is precisely set at the factory to balance good breathing characteristics while at the same time preventing loss of gas from over-sensitivity."

Bit of history - The majority of regs on the market for 15+ years came without a vein switch due to a patent issue.

Hope this helps
