This Monday we dove a barge and some culverts, the seas were choppy and the vis was bad, but we still shot some fish. On our first dive we dove the barge as we descended down the anchor rop and it appeared we had reached the bottom very soon, well it wasnt the bottom it was a thermocline with 5ft of vis. We swam our laps around the boat shooting the occasional flounder and went back up the anchor rope. For our next dive we descided to move to some near by culverts and try our luck there. This time the vis was even worse about 3-4ft. We descended and droped off the anchor rope and loaded our spearguns. We looked at the ground and we appeared to be surrouded by flounder we stabed a few and moved on, that was about it for the rest of the dive nothing exciting just a triggerfish, sheeps head, and hog fish. On both dives I missed doormat flounder.

Vis 4-5ft
