eh...I use 500PSI. It happened to be on the counter of the dive shop where I bought my first set of gear, and that's what I've stuck with. I'll also use spit when I forget to defog my mask...seems to work nearly as well.

I will predict that spit wins. Spit is like a bp/w, it seems; if you use it, the urge to share your preference with others is irresistible. I use McNett's Sea Gold, so I checked Sea Drops, but the non-gold ones aren't nearly as good.

A mixture of spit and I believe Sea Gold branded with my LDS. Does the trick: I'm not sure if it's the spit, the defog, or both, but I decided to keep going with what works, even if half of it is pointless.
