Hi,

I have a genesis resource pro and I can't get the battery open. Do you get a new case back when you get a replacement battery from a sherwood dealer? I'm a bit worried that if I push it really hard it will crack or something.

Ta,

Typically a dive store doesn't put in a new hatch. Why do you need to re-open it? If they recently did the service, is there any reason to open it again?

They haven't recently done a service, the battery is flat.

It is best to have the dive shop do the service. If you do the battery change and it doesn't seal properly and floods, you are responsible. If they do the battery change and it floods then they are responsible.

If you want to do it the directions are in your manual.

thank you,
