Saw these signs at a pesticide warehouse today when I picked up a case of herbacide I'm spraying. Reckon boaters and jet skiers would avoid these...?

This sign is a DOT regulatory placcard for transport of dangerous goods. Using it without proper reason could lead to major fines...
 
Does it meet the required specifications; the dimensions and does it have a stiffener?

I'm sure I could successfully make an argument that some divers are dangerous and should be avoided. :D
