I am visiting the Big Island next week with my family. I have schedule a couple of dives, but I am interesting in getting some running in while I am there. I can manage the easy runs, but I am interested in finding some good areas to do a tempo and Long Run.
My tempo is 2 - 3 mile warm up with 6 mile tempo and 1 - 2 mile cool down.
Long run is 15 - 18 miles.
I am staying in Kohala, but willing to drive to a nice running area. Please let me know if you have any ideas.
