anyone know what the standard believe two inch standard harness lenth I a big dud so not sure it will fit so was wondering lenth thanks

Most come way to long, I had to cut about a metre off mine.
Of course it depends where you are getting it.

If it is too short you can always just go buy the right length from your local outdoor shop.

I think generally when you buy a back plate the normal length webbing that comes with it is 12' not including crotch strap.

I'm a pretty big boy too. Chest 48", waist 38", 220#
A single piece of webbing 12' long (not including the crotch strap) is perfect with all d-rings and keepers installed. I wear this over a shell drysuit with cold water underwear and have lots of room in the shoulders.

For my 3mm warm water wetsuit or a skin I have way too much harness.

the best bet is to wait until tommorrow night, the experts can tell you how long to make it. I have about anything you might need to get it cut and sealed.
