I have an out of warranty Wisdom that developed an ALT error. It reads ALT at sea level. Does Sherwood have a service, rebuild, or exchange program for out of warranty products? Or do I need to use it as a trade-in during a promotion on another computer? This was the recommendation by the dive shop I used when it failed in Hawaii.

What I would reccomend is that you return it to the dealer you purchased it from and discuss the options you have. There are several upgrade programs available to you.
