Hi all,

My wife and I had a fantastic time on a liveaboard a couple of years ago. We did the Reef and wrecks tour. We have a week at the end of March next year and were wondering about the 'simply the best ' liveaboard in the Sourthern Red Sea. Anyone done this at this time of year? I expect it to be cooler - 5ml wetsuits should be okay though. Any pelagics to be seen?

Don't be depressed

No body can guarantee anything, especially with this global warming thing going on. But normally March is not the suitable season for pelagics in the southern Egyptian Red Sea. Try November instead.

what kind of water temp. do you dive with your 5ml suite? in my opinion, I feel cold in march not in december although average water temp. in March is 20 degrees while in december it is 18-19

Have a look at WELCOME TO AZIAB and go to Yearly Cycle where you find a diagramme over temperatures/suits and some information regarding what you can expect to see when and where...
