My wife and I are considering a vacation at the Cayman Islands next year. Has anyone had any good dives out there? Specifically, I am looking for hotels near good dive sites. Hopefully they will be part of the RCI group.

the healthiest coral and least crowded dive sites are found on East End. Spectacular wall drop-offs and deeply scored canyonways are featured on many of the dive sites.

There are only two resorts (well, technically three) in all of East End, and one (really two) is/are an RCI timeshare member - Morritt's Tortuga Club and Morritt's Grand . They have an on-site dive shop (where I happen to work) with Tortuga Divers that provides extensive diving opportunities.

East End has no crowds, no traffic, and no cruise ship swarms. Eat. Sleep. Dive. Repeat.
